We need to create a report that will pull the birthdays by quarter.

Content (required):

We need to create a report that will pull the birthdays by quarter. On April 1, the report would pull all employees with birthdays in April, May and June. I would also want to automate this report and have it pull on the first day of the quarter for all birthdays in this quarter. Any suggestions on the resolution? Thank you so much!
