Looking to use PAY_RANGE_ITEMS_F and PAY_VALUE_DEFINITIONS_F for custom Fast Formula on a voluntary deduction to keep it from reducing net pay below Hours x applicable Minimum Wage.

I see base_names for US State minimum wage rates are like "HRX_US_MI_STATE_MINIMUM_WAGE" where US State = Michigan etc. But I can't find base_name for US Federal Minimum Wage Rate of 7.25. Thought it would be similarly named but not finding it.
