Reporting Establishment List of Values and Search

Summary:

We are noticing the dropdown list of values for the "Reporting Establishment" field does not have a search feature and users cannot select all available reporting establishments.


Content (required):

The user can select from the limited drop down list, but are unable to type in a value or search for a reporting establishment not in the list.

This is happening on several of our quick actions (Hire an Employee, Change Assignment, Employment Info (when updating history).

We are aware of a profile that enhances the reporting establishment list of values search (ORA_PER_LOV_SEARCH_REPORTINGESABLISHMENTS_STARTSWITH) - but we would expect to be able to search all reporting establishments or type in the reporting establishment name without enabling this profile.
