Address Approval notification does not display complete address information

Hi Experts,

We currently have an approval system defined to track all address changes happening in the system, Any address update request triggered by employees through ESS would go to one of the HR members for approval.

However, the approval notification does not display the complete address. It only shows the line which was changed. Oracle support shared the document "Address Approval notification does not display complete address information (Doc ID 2617798.1)" and says its expected functionality.

So, please advise, if any of you had a similar requirement to show complete address in the approval notification? How did you achieve it?
