procurement shared service set up for indirect procurement

Hi Experts,

I have read through a number of documents that is shared in the community and used them to configure centralized procurement shared services but not able to successfully execute a scenario

Listed below are configurations that i had completed

Environment: Using an Oracle cloud Sandbox with Vision data

US1 business unit - requisition BU

US2 business unit - Procurement BU

• From Offerings, Enable centralized Procurement. - Is this required
• "Assign Business Unit Business Function" set up to be performed for all BU, based on the function they are supposed to perform. - Completed
• Each BU can have its dedicated ledger and profit center -
