Update delivered Gender Code in Fusion

Summary:

Update oracle delivered Nonbinary gender code to custom one.

Content (required):

Oracle had delivered Nonbinary gender for which the default gender code is "ORA_HRX_X".

There is a requirement to update the gender code for all US nationals to "N".

Want to understand is there any feature using which the above can be achieved?

Have tried using the Manage Extended Lookup Codes task after updating the lookup: S.E.X. but there is no luck.
