Need approval for Termination but not for Correct Termination

Summary:

Hello Experts,

I have set approval rules for Termination, if any transaction submitted via Termination UI will go for approval but I wanted to skip approval for Correct Termination which we use to edit the existing Resignation / Termination records by HR.

Please suggest is there any feasibility to handle this?
