Vacation rules based on HR position

Summary:

Hello,

We have defined our approval rules within Procurement work area based on HR position.

We would like to setup a vacation rules for a user that is on sick leave, but it seems delegation/reassignation is not working when approvals are based on HR position.

Is there a workaround we can user to delegate/reassign approvals when workflows are based on HR position?
