Can Licenses and Certifications within Position Profiles generate Pre-Day One Onboarding tasks?

I am trying to find a way to have Pre-Day 1 Onboarding in ORC to identify the Licenses and Certifications loaded in a Position Profiles and automatically load a task per license within Journeys for a Candidate. This would allow Onboarding to dynamically add tasks based on the job versus a candidate loading non-required licenses into their profile.
