Any OTBI /BIPublisher report for Checklist tasks

Summary:

I am looking for a OTBI/BIP report that will list all the tasks with status (complete ,Not Started ,In Progress) ,due date

so that we can track what stage of checklist action ,Pending worker is in.

Any pointer -if such a report/dashboard is available. This seems to be a very common requirement.
