Withdraw Application after Offer Acceptance

In case the candidate did not show up after accepting the Job Offer, we need to withdraw the Job Application or Cancel the Job Offer and decrease the number of Hires in the Job Requisition.

From Pending workers we have cancelled the Work Relationship, however the Job Application is still showing the status as "HR, Processing in Progress" and the Number of Hires in the Job Requisition still not impacted.
