Privelege for Record Issue

Summary:

I am trying to look for privileges' related to record issue option for my custom roles. I have already added FND_SET_ISSUE_RECORDING_ADVANCED_OPTIONS_PRIV (Set Issue Recording Advanced Options) to the Role. Is there any other privelege that needs to be added to get record option ?
