Future Termination error on Mass Legal Employer Change

Impact of the Notification date on the transfer of the future dated terminations when doing a Mass Legal employer Change.

During the Mass Legal Employer Change you can select to 'Move future terminations from source to new work relationship'. This worked for 90% of the employees with future terminations however for one employee we received the following error:

The 31/03/23 future termination date wasn't copied as part of the change legal employer transaction because of the following error: The notification date must be later than or equal to the start date of the work relationship."
