Mandatory fields be removed in all Document Records

Hi Team,

Other than the Date issued, can all other mandatory fields be removed/deactivated in all document records except, 1. Covid Vaccine, 2. Disciplinary Action, 3. Passport & 4. Work?

Kindly help me on this.
