I can't remember how to edit the tiles in the responsive UI app landing pages

As a user, when you select Time & Absences or Learn, you now see the landing page with multiple tiles to chose from but I can't remember how to change and edit those tiles! I also can't find any discussions or articles on it - probably because I'm searching with the wrong terms but if anyone can help me that would be great
