Seeded Line Manager Dashboards

Summary: Does anyone know where the seeded line manager dashboards are pulling it's data from. When a line manager runs the headcount report then it shows a headcount of 16 and FTE of 4. There are 5 employees reporting to this line manager. So in my opinion the dashboards are not correct. Unless I am missing something
