Can you load in the date of a historical candidate move via HDL?

Summary:

I don't think this is possible but want to just check. Can I add a date a candidate moved to a phase and state when I load their application.

I've tested moving candidates via HDL and the move date is the date of the load - is there anything else that can be done here?
