Post 22B upgrade, Job Details option does not have Legislative Info section for New Jobs

Legislative Info section is missing when creating a new Job. However, for existing Jobs, this section is visible. This came up after 22B upgrade last week.

I have attached 2 screenshots. 1. Options for Existing Jobs, 2. Options when creating a New job

Not sure, If I missed anything here
