How to remove empty sub rows from a particular column in the OTBI report?

Summary:

I am getting the sub rows for employee self-rating and manager rating. I want to fetch the ratings for sections goals, competencies and overall summary.

I have applied the filters for all. For example, for Employee Self-rating goals : FILTER("Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time"."- Performance Rating"."Average Calculated Worker Section Rating" USING ("Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time"."- Performance Document Section"."Document Section Definition" = 'Performance Goals'))

and like this only I have applied filters for all other rating columns.
