User Category Segregation when using New User Created Event
Summary:
We are utilising the 'New Account Template' as Welcome Email for new joiners, based on the 'New User Created Event' in Security Console.
However - the 'New User Created Event' triggers the 'New Account Template' for Agents etc. too.
Is there any way to segregate this so that new joiners (Pending Workers) will receive the Welcome email and Agents will receive the standard new account template?
At the minute - the same email is triggered for all populations where a new user account is created.
