Combine 2 Analysis Outputs in on Analysis

I have requirement to report on the number of starters by user person type and leavers by user person type in the previous month and email this to several employees, the reports are simple but is there any way to either combine the reports to one excel output or at least one email?

I have tried a union but the columns don't allow me to say which number is the starter and which the leaver
