objectSnapshot REST API - gives not found error

Summary:

I am trying to use objectSnapshots API as per Oracle documentation

REST API for Oracle HCM Cloud - Extract an Object Snapshot

the URL is /hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/objectSnapshots


also, this needs a privilege that I have attached to my role (Use REST Service - Object Snapshots) but when testing REST API through POSTMAN I get a 404 resource not found error.


The same oracle document has a URL mentioned as "/hcmRestApi/objectSnapshots", I tried this as well but no luck.


Has anyone used this feature successfully?
