AZA: Include Past Conversation or Messages in the Email

Hi Team,
How to include past conversations in the email template for HR helpdesk notifications.
Example: If an agent updates the SR with the some comments/message than the message should be included in the email notifications. Employee who has created the SR should see the message in the email. Can this be achievable.
Any help much appreciated.
