Military Service + Rank in Name

Summary:

Hello,

Client requirement to have HR choose the Military Service Type (army, navy etc) and then pick the Rank.

Apparently name DFFs are not allowed/working. Any idea how this can be managed?

The lists are different so if I pick Army the list of values will be different than the ones shown if I pick Navy.
