Cannot get standard reqs to appear in the pipeline search to link

Today when attempting to link a standard requisition to a pipeline, from within the pipeline "Add", the list of standard reqs would not populate. It gave the three dots/spinning/thinking screen and never populated the list. Even when searching for the title they do not populate.

This worked on Friday and today it is no longer populating. Does anyone else have this issue?
