Custom Alert Issue in 22B

We have recently upgrade to 22B , after upgrade we received heads-up that 22B has issue with custom Resource alert.

We tried to replicate it , but we don't see any issue.

We wanted to understand what is the issue, does anyone facing the issue in 22B custom alert, if yes, please can you explain what is the issue , sothat we can try to replicate in our instance.
