URGENT - Request More Infor from candidate ( Talent profile and preening questions )

As part of our recruitment process we use the RMI Flow to capture for the candidate

• Personal information
• Talent profile data ( languages , degree, licenses, employment data )
• Prescreening questions

 

In a lot of the situations the candidates don’t really undesrtnad and we need to send them additional request to give the data again/update the data/ provide information that they didn’t provide in the First RMI

For that we use the RMI and then RSI ( Request secondary information )

• Surprisingly we discovered that the RSI doesn’t give option to the candidate to update the Talent profile data ( languages , degree, licenses, employment data )
