Requisition Flexfields into Offer

Is it possible to pull Requisition flexfields into the Offer?

Our client has a requirement to have career site filters for Job Shift and FTE, so we have made them flex fields. However, these are also fields we want to gather at time of offer. Is there a way to pull Requisition Flex Fields into the Offer? Else, is there a way to pull Assignment flex fields into the Requisition (I know Assignment Flex Fields can be pulled into the Offer)?
