Redwood HR Help Desk
Hello, I've been looking into getting the new Redwood HR Helpdesk enabled in HCM. I can see that the old Service offering is there by default, but the new "Help Desk" offering (referenced in https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/applications-common/22c/farhd/enable-the-help-desk-offering.html#s20075334) is not visible by default. I have tried raising an SR for this but have run into some stumbling blocks - our CSM has recommended to ask here on Customer Connect as well. Can anyone offer any assistance or advice here?
