Summary: Change the default 'View By' of My Team overview page to 'Position'


Content (required): Our Business wants the Position view as the default view for the My Team page. Currently under View By, we have 2 options, Assignment and Position. The Assignment comes by default when the page is opened (Probably because of alphabetical order). Is there a way to change the dropdown default to show Position once the page is opened?
