Create FYI notifications once a new job is approved

Content (required):

Currently we've customized "Create Job" approval rule such that everytime a new job is created, it goes to the HR Director for approval.

We want to customize this rule in a way that once the approval is complete, a FYI notification is sent to a different group that **** name jobs is created and it's details are as below (the seeded format).
