Configure actions under employee employment info

Hello all,

We would like to understand how we can add actions under the employee employment info page. We are using a copy of the HR Specialist seeded role but right now, when the user (hr specialist seeded role) access their own employment info page under directory they can only see one action.


However, the seeded role of the hr specialist has some privileges/roles that should give the user access to more actions. For example, since the role has the following role, the user should have been able to view the appropriate actions under their own employment info page. This is not happening.
