Workflow Notification not displaying Proposed Grade Step

After I change the Grade Step in the assignment page and went into the worklist Notification page to approve the process. In that notification, the Proposed Grade Step is not being displayed.

So I checked the seeded Workflow Data Model "EmploymentUpdateProcesses" and inside it I checked "MngEmplProposedAssignment" Data Set. In the SQL I noticed that the Grade Step ID not being pulled.


Please suggest some ideas on how to rectify this issue.
