Pending Worker - Can we use the Hire an Employee Option to Convert

Summary:

Our HR department is currently using the Pending Worker Option from the New Person Icon to convert Pending Workers.

When they attempt to use the Hire an Employee Option, the Pending worker appears since the SSN and name matches, but they get an error message when they select the employee.

This would save them time and training to just use 1 option for new hires instead of 2 different options. Pending Worker is not always indicated on New Hire paperwork
