We identified that Standard Occupational Code on United States Job Information is a free form field that does not appear to be set up with a lookup and list of values. We would prefer this lookup value to be provided by Oracle, but since it is not, we would at least prefer to provide a lookup with a list of values. Has anyone run into this and any guidance on any way to make this field have a lookup associated with it?
