How to delete the action from the Terminate Work Relationship page

Hi,

We have end dated the Terminate Action(Death and etc.) and its action reason from the Configure actions page, but we are still able to see the action in the Terminate Work Relationship page. Is there a way to delete the highlighted actions from the Drop down list or hide it from appearing in the drop down list.
