How do we allocate a person number to a new employee?

Summary:

We wanted to assign a particular Worker Number/Person Number but it did not pick up the allocated Worker Number/Person Number. Usually the Person Number is automatically assigned but we were hoping it could be assigned, in this instance only.

When entering the Employee into the HCM, we assigned the Worker Number however this was not created successfully. It was assigned automatically, as per usual process. Can we correct this to the 521251 number?
