Resign from Employment Page Customization

Hi,

In the Resign from Employment Responsive UI - under Assignments Section:

1) Is there a way for the hyperlink title of each assignment to reflect the position title instead of Job Name

2) Is there a way where we can add a field to the assignments here to show which one is the current assignment vs secondary?
