Able to take action on approval without claiming

We have configured an approval rule based on Job role. Once the request is submitted Approval is sent to everyone in that role. But users in that role were able to see Approve and Reject actions in the Bell Icon and can perform that action without claiming it.

OR when they

click on Notification link they can see Approve and Reject button before

claiming it in BPM too. Is there any way to restrict this Approve and Reject

buttons to display only once the user in the job role claimed it?
