Effective date is not set correct date as per setup at refine extract

Summary:

In Refine Extract, we setup parameter basis as Post SQL Bind and Basis value as select sysdate-2 from dual. But when the extract is running, it is not calculating sysdate -2, rather the date is picked which was set at first run. Do we need any more configuration ?
