Auto Notification for Employee to do Profile Update

Summary:

Is it possible to do auto below request at Oracle HCM?

We would like do auto email notification to everyone in ORACLE to update:

• Emergency Address

• Permanent Address

• Contact info of employee (mobile / home)

• Contact info of Next of Kin (mobile/home)

The auto notification via ORACLE is to be broadcast twice a year on:

• 15 January

• 15 July

This is very important and is part requirement by our Incident Management (IMT) request to do the above for emergency case.

We also want them to delete old address and only maintain 3 latest address as attached.

3 latest address are: Emergency Address, Permanent Residence and Carigali Hess office address.
