How does the pending worker access onboarding tasks

Summary:

We have created an enterprise onboarding checklist, based on the 'add pending worker' Action', our pending worker is receiving the email notification for the journey as well as the email for the tasks, but I am missing the link on how the pending worker accesses these tasks?

There is no user name and password in the email, and when she clicks on the link for a task, she gets the Fusion login page.

I can see that she has a user account which is created with her 'first name.last name', but she doesn't know it, as she registered with her email address, and she does not have a password.
