We're seeing 0 Applications listed against a requisition

Summary:

We can see the active applications when we click into the requisition but the number is showing as 0. I have run Load and Index Candidates, Load and Index Job Requisitions, Maintain Candidates and Requisitions

for Search and Load Workers into the Candidate Table and no difference.
