What is the best practice on scheduling the Refresh Manager Hierarchy process with parameters

We have been reviewing the Refresh Manager Hierarchy process and saw that Oracle suggests to run the process in Full mode and and incremental mode. When running in these modes, for a large company using self-service, absences, OTL, recruit, core HR, Performance, talent profile etc with lots of manager changes, what is the best practice on the parameters for each of these processes?
