Can we add Reference number to Letter Reports generated using Document of Records.?

We have a requirement to add reference numbers in letters generated using DOR.

Content (required):

Users want to add the following reference number format in letters which are generated using DOR

  1. Reference no. format : Company acronym/HR/Letter acronym/Month-Year/sequence number (example: GDG/HR/SC/08-2022/001)

The sequence number needs to be automatically generated based on the requests submitted by the employee.

Is it possible to achieve this requirement in a BI report?
