Some PO schedule quantity update is not reflecting at the backend table

Summary:

PO schedule updated quantity is not reflecting in the quantity column at PO_Line_locations_all table and results invalid scheduled ordered quantity sent to supplier.

Line1 schedule 1 quantity changed from 5574 to 5568 but the PO lines_locations_all still shows 5574 while UI show the correct quantity 5574 . You can verify this in the attached screenshot.

The issue is not frequent and impacting a few POs but the impact is high as we send the quantity to supplier from PO_lines_locations_all .Quantity and if that is not updated supplier will ship the wrong quantity.

I had created SR 3-30267976841 but I don't agree with the response from the SR that every time a user is spliting the line the user has to save it close the window and open it back.
