Restrict Hiring Manager to select Business Unit

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

While creating a job requisition of type Position, Under Business unit field we see a list of values, when we try to restrict the same using organization Security profile by selecting organization list and including a specific BU, it doesn't work as expected. We have regenerated the data role, ran the required scheduled process but no luck. How can we fix this or achieve our requirement
