Use of employment contracts

Summary:

Hi all,

Our client wants to record details of the contract their employees are on including dates and contract type. This is available in the contracts section, however we haven't used this functionality and have been informed there are limitations e.g. updates, terminations etc. Our options are to use this functionality and include contracts in our employment model, or simply put this info on the assignment as an EFF. Any thoughts / recommendations / lessons learnt?
