Help Desk Business Unit

Hi, I'm having issues getting Next Gen Help Desk Requests to default to the creator's Business Unit at the point of creation. I have tried creating an object trigger against the "HR Help Desk Request" object as per Doc ID 2474538.1, however it's only working when I used a "before" trigger. Using a "Create" trigger doesn't seem to do anything, so I can only get the BU to set after they click save. This means the correct category can't be selected til it's saved.


Has anyone else managed to get this to work?
