iSCSI Error Messages on OCI Instance "kernel: connection1:0: detected conn error (1020)"

SYMPTOMS

After creating CentOS6 instance, which is generated from an image distributed by Oracle, there are many iscsi error messages below in /var/log/messages, logged each several seconds. It might cause slow performance.
